Join us this at the stunning Pitfield Barn Flower Farm, West Sussex, and the serene private estate Calm at the Farm, East Sussex where we will celebrate taking a pause from life.

Our mission is to promote improved health and wellbeing  in the workforce through movement and mindfulness. Promote feelings of joy within the workforce and improve productivity and focus.

Embrace a new realm of clarity and confidence in the workplace with a corporate Pilates class. These online or in-person sessions are designed to inspire and motivate your team, while also bringing regular movement into the working day. After giving your mind a moment to disconnect and recharge, you’ll return to the desk with a reinvigorated readiness for anything.

 
 

Corporate Well-being Pilates & Brunch

Uden Pilates and Boul Kitchen have teamed up to bring a morning of wellness & mindfulness to your workplace. Proven to increase focus and reduce stress, this really is a perfect way to promote corporate well-being in the workplace.

Expertly led by Becky at Uden Pilates, the morning will begin with a calming session of breath work, followed by pilates to really promote a mind body connection. Ending with a postural analysis to provide support for the spine and tools to help posture going forward.
