A Morning to Ground, Nourish & Reset

As the seasons turn and we move into winter, our bodies and minds crave rest, rhythm, and

balance. This half-day retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in

the beautiful surroundings of Pitfield Flower Farm, Sussex.

You’ll be guided through Pilates, journaling, and a nourishing brunch, leaving with your

nervous system soothed and your spirit aligned for the winter months ahead.

What’s Included

Pilates with Becky Uden

A grounding flow to gently strengthen and balance your body, releasing tension and

energising you for the season ahead.

Coaching & Journaling with Caroline Jory

Soulful prompts and techniques, inspired by evening journaling practices, to help you:

  • witness and reflect on your day with more clarity,

  • release what you don’t need to carry,

  • create gentle rituals that calm and balance the nervous system,

  • embody the changes you want to see this winter.

Seasonal Brunch by Boul Kitchen

A heart-warming brunch prepared with seasonal ingredients to nourish from the inside out.
