A Morning to Ground, Nourish & Reset
As the seasons turn and we move into winter, our bodies and minds crave rest, rhythm, and
balance. This half-day retreat is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in
the beautiful surroundings of Pitfield Flower Farm, Sussex.
You’ll be guided through Pilates, journaling, and a nourishing brunch, leaving with your
nervous system soothed and your spirit aligned for the winter months ahead.

A grounding flow to gently strengthen and balance your body, releasing tension and
energising you for the season ahead.
Coaching & Journaling with Caroline Jory
Soulful prompts and techniques, inspired by evening journaling practices, to help you:
witness and reflect on your day with more clarity,
release what you don’t need to carry,
create gentle rituals that calm and balance the nervous system,
embody the changes you want to see this winter.
Seasonal Brunch by Boul Kitchen
A heart-warming brunch prepared with seasonal ingredients to nourish from the inside out.
